How It Works
Booking is straightforward. Here's what happens:
1You reach out
Send me a message on WhatsApp or through the contact page. Tell me what you need — which hospital, what kind of appointment, when you're coming.
2I confirm the details
I'll get back to you within a few hours. We'll figure out which package fits, confirm the date and time, and I'll answer any questions you have.
3We meet at the hospital
I'll be there before you arrive. We meet at the hospital entrance, and I'll guide you through the whole process.
What I Do
Think of me as a bilingual friend who knows their way around Shenzhen hospitals:
- Translate — I speak English and Chinese fluently. I'll translate everything the doctor says, and help you explain your symptoms.
- Navigate — Hospitals in China can be confusing. I know where to go, which floor, which window.
- Queue & paperwork — I'll handle the registration, queue numbers, and all the forms.
- Record doctor's orders — I'll write down everything the doctor says so you don't have to memorize it.
What I Don't Do
Being clear about boundaries is important:
- Medical advice — I'm not a doctor. I won't diagnose you or suggest treatments.
- Pay for you — You pay the hospital directly. I don't handle your money.
- Arrange accommodation — I can recommend areas to stay, but I don't book hotels for you.
What to Prepare Before Contacting Me
You don't need to have everything ready, but the more info you give me, the better I can help:
- Which hospital? — If you're not sure, tell me your symptoms and I'll suggest one.
- What kind of appointment? — Check-up, consultation, surgery, follow-up?
- When are you coming? — Even a rough date helps me check availability.
- Your insurance info — I can check if your insurance works at the hospital.
- Any medical records? — If you have test results or previous diagnoses, bring them (or send me photos).
Frequently Asked Questions
What languages do you speak?
English and Chinese (Mandarin). I also understand a bit of Cantonese, so if you're in a hospital where the staff speaks Cantonese, I can help with that too.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem. Just let me know as early as possible. If you cancel more than 24 hours before, no charge. Less than 24 hours, I'll charge a small fee to cover my time.
What if there's a medical emergency?
Call 120 (China's emergency number) first. Then call me. I'll meet you at the hospital as fast as I can.
Can you come to Hong Kong too?
My service covers Shenzhen. For Hong Kong, I can recommend colleagues who work there.
Do you work with children?
Yes. I've helped families bring their kids to hospitals. Just let me know in advance so I can prepare.
What if I don't know which hospital to go to?
Tell me your symptoms and I'll recommend one based on what I know about Shenzhen hospitals. Or check the Which Hospital guide on this site.

Heads up: I'm a medical escort, not a doctor. I provide translation, navigation, and accompaniment services. For medical advice, always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
