• Pricing is per patient (per person actually receiving medical care). If 2 people need to see a doctor, 2 service fees apply. Companions who are not seeing a doctor are not charged.
• Package prices are service fees for medical escort and bilingual coordination. Travel costs are separate — I'll arrange a licensed ride for you, and you reimburse the fare at actual cost (I'll show you the trip receipt after each ride).
• Service fee doesn't include meals. I'll plan the day around your meal breaks — and I know a few good spots nearby.
• Escort packages require a 40% deposit upfront, balance due on arrival. Remote second opinions require full prepayment.
• Payment via WeChat Pay, Alipay, or bank transfer (international cards accepted via app binding).
• Hospital registration fees, examination fees, and medication costs are paid directly by you to the hospital.
• Multi-day itineraries — contact me for custom pricing and discounts.
• Second opinion deduction: If you purchase a remote second opinion and later book an escort package within 90 days, the second opinion fee is fully deductible from your escort balance.
All fees are for coordination and translation services only — no medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice is provided. Hospital fees are paid directly by you to the hospital.
All prepaid amounts are covered by a bilingual service agreement. Official tax invoice (fapiao) provided for every transaction.
