Cross-Border Data Transfer
As shown in the table above, Vercel, Google Analytics, and Mux servers are located in the United States. Your data may be transferred outside China. The Data Controller has entered into data processing agreements with Vercel and Google that include standard contractual clauses to ensure your information receives equivalent protection after transfer.
Legal basis for cross-border transfer:

The Data Controller takes reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted data access. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
In the event of a data security incident, the Data Controller shall notify affected users within 72 hours via the email or WhatsApp provided by the user, and report to the relevant authorities.
