Cross-Border Data Transfer
As shown in the table above, Vercel and Google Analytics servers are located in the United States. Your data may be transferred outside China. We have signed data processing agreements with Vercel and Google that include standard contractual clauses to ensure your information receives equivalent protection after transfer.
Legal basis for cross-border transfer:
- • Vercel hosting: Necessary for performing our service contract (website operation)
- • Google Analytics: Based on your explicit consent via the cookie banner
If you prefer not to have your data transferred cross-border, you can disable Google Analytics in your browser or contact me directly. You may also choose to interact with me entirely offline, without using the website. Declining non-essential cookies does not affect basic website browsing or the contact form.

Sensitive personal data: Medical needs you provide during booking may involve health information, which is classified as sensitive personal data. Processing your health-related information is based on your explicit consent given at the time of booking, used solely for arranging your medical escort service, and subject to enhanced protection measures.
Data Security
I take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted data access. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
In the event of a data security incident, I will notify affected users within 72 hours via your provided email or WhatsApp, and report to the relevant authorities.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the handler's location (Shenzhen). This clause does not affect your right to bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable data protection legislation.
